Cell and Organism Core Facility (COCF)

Mission Statement

The mission of the Cell and Organism Core Facility (COCF) is to facilitate the development of basic cellular research for investigators at New Mexico State University by providing a restricted BSL2 laboratory and equipment for exclusively growing and culturing cells in a contamination free area.  Additionally the COCF focuses on expanding student education and interest by providing workshops that are designed to familiarize students with the use of cell culture systems for research purposes.
